Rig Finder is a product-specific service designed to support drilling intelligence, field visibility, and navigation workflows. Product content, maps, routes, rig statuses, coverage details, and related information are provided for general business use and may change without notice.

Certain Rig Finder features may require a subscription, approved access, or a separate commercial agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of Rig Finder.

You agree not to misuse Rig Finder, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, reproduce proprietary information beyond permitted use, reverse engineer restricted portions of the service where prohibited, or use Rig Finder in violation of applicable law, contract, or third-party rights.

Rig Finder is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. GeoActivity does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every map, route, rig detail, coverage area, alert, or operational data point will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Users remain responsible for operational judgment, road and field safety decisions, regulatory compliance, and independent verification where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoActivity and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business interruption damages arising from or related to use of Rig Finder.

GeoActivity may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Rig Finder or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Rig Finder support, commercial, demo, and account questions should be directed only through the Rig Finder contact page.

General inquiries unrelated to Rig Finder may require a separate GeoActivity contact channel.
